Packages are generally dispatched by DHL, FedEx or TNT within 3 business days after received order and cleared payment. We provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping is worldwide and reaches all the way to your front door. Furthermore, your purchases over 50€ are always with free shipping worldwide.
Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected. All packages are insured.
The price of the items do not include customs and import duties which will vary from country to country. You may be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to MyWorldBazaar. In the event this happens, MyWorldBazaar may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.
If your product is faulty or does not match with what we promised, returns are accepted. Buyer has to contact us within 14 days after the item is received for product amendment or a refund. Notify, preferably in writing, what you are dissatisfied with and what correction you want. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
The return policy does not apply to products customized just for you, e.g. a custom made rug.
Unclaimed packages are not subject to the return policy. In the event you choose not to collect your goods, we will charge you a handling fee.
MyWorldBazaar Return Policy at a glance
You can return your items to us, provided:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Customized products cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned at the customer's expense.
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to MyWorldBazaar.
Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Return Policy.
- The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.
